Some of what they say goes along with other research I've done on weight loss and supplements, but I don't generally trust someone that's doing research with the primary goal of selling their proprietary pill mixtures. They seem to base a lot of their conclusions on unsubstantiated correlations.
I take fish oil and glutathione supplements, but as with any other food or drug, you have to be careful. A lot of companies selling fish oil will gladly sell you rancid fish oil with no healthful benefits at all; before you take fish oil, try cutting open one of the capsules. As Emeril says, "If it smells like fish, go for the veal." Fresh, healthy fish oil will have no odor at all. Strong odors in fatty oils (fish oil, nuts, meats, etc) are a sign of rancidity.
Also, glutathione taken orally is not easily absorbed by the body. There are a couple of companies out there that have some special formulations that claim to modify glutathione to make it more easily absorbed, but unless you're willing to have blood tests done before and after taking the pills specifically to test the glutathione content of your blood to ensure it's increased, I'd take most of the claims with a grain of salt.
