I got double charged for pizza cuz some punk didn't feel like stapling my printed out receipt to my invoice. And the driver ran my card again. I was told wait till monday when the refund should post to my account. Well it didn't and I got charged a overdraft fee as well. The lady at the bank is like."wait till the refund is credited to your account then call us back. if it is not credited we cannot do a thing on the overdraft fee". it makes me mad how some people can get so careless.

It usually takes a couple of days for the card to get charged back. And depending on your bank, they may drop the overdraft fee.

Tongue I thought I would put my two cents worth in on this one before I shut down and go to bed...my husband and I always seem to have problems with something when it comes to ordering pizza ...one way or another...whether it's double payment, forgot pop, forgot the dipping sauce, wrong pizza, whatever....but you are right, it's laziness and the kids these days that are hired at these places, they don't care....I really feel old because I told my husband that we worked like dogs when we were their ages to get a paycheck and now they just hand them out to any jackass who can make a pizza or hoagie.... lol...well, goodnite all Smiley

Hugs and kissens...

you're right Chelbie! I ordered pizza tonight, from Dominoe's. I don't normally have any trouble there...Burger King is the one that gives me the biggest problems. There are 6 of us in my family, so we always have a large order, but it sure is a pisser when you get home and one child is pissing and moaning about the mayo on their burger, and another when is bitching about not having any fries, but what makes me so mad is that I've paid about $40 for this food, only to not "have it my way".

I've got a recipe for pizza, but I haven't made it in years. Have to wait till I get home to find it.

I love pizza but have to eat it without cheese (lactose intolerant). Incidentally just spent 4 days with bf's family who seem to think I'm just being picky, bah! How annoying. Comments like "You must like cheesecake?" As if I wouldn't eat it if I could! Anyway sorry about your experience chase. Apologies for going off at a tangent too.

Don't worry Nicki...There are six of us here to feed and eating out isn't an option for us either. It is a huge treat if we get to eat out. I'm definitely not well off enough to be able to afford much eating out.
