Medical Assistance and Living Life

Anyone on here also on medical assistance? They can't make up their mind for me at this point I am on it. I found out saturday (yippee for me).I am thinking on asking my PCP if I can get a referal to a plastic surgeon. As you can tell I need to lose alot of weight. Even with that weight gone I still always been big chested and my back constantly hurts. I might be able to get a reduction if it is medically. In my case it probably would be. For it isn't healthy for my height to be that big.

I have medicare/medicaid and I know that they don't pay for anything that's cosmetic. For heaven's sake, they don't even cover dental unless it's medically necessary. I have beautiful teeth and I refuse to let that one go, so I pay for cleanings and such on my own. You would think that they would pay for people to have their teeth cleaned....it would cost them way less in the end b/c they wouldn't have so many people with medically necessary reasons to have dental work done. Anyway, I'm not sure about the breast reduction..they will probably pay for it if your doc deems it necessary and he/she just may do it.

that would be cool.....That would require me getting off of my ass to go to the gym though. Medicaid did pay for me to go to a rehab center that my doc sent me to, to help me regain strength after being so depressed and isolated for such a long time. I went a few times, about 6 or 8 times actually, but felt uncomfortable and quit going. Now I'm depressed and isolated anyway. Motivation is not my strong point. I guess I use most of my motivation in just staying alive. I spend so much time just picking myself up off the floor, trying to keep from just ending my pitiful life that there's just not much room for anything else.
