oh man i was feeling so good yesterday got alot of things done-- oh man am i paying for it today --my neck and head hurt --  oh well tomorrow is a new day -- ging

I am sorry to hear about your crash....if it makes you feel any better, I have a spinal problem in my neck, and when I overdo it, it's vicodin time. Get some rest, and I hope you are feeling better tomorrow.
