Hi, I'm Phyllis. Found this place from a post on the NAMI board - sounds like this is going to be a great place.
I'm BP/OCD been diagnosed that way for almost 5 years. I am married and have 4 children. That is about me in a nutshell... Want to know more, just ask.  Wink

Hi Phyllis,

Great to see you at YOUR new site.  Please let us know by posting or sending a message to me if there is anything that you'd like to see here that isn't already, or a change that will make the site even better.

Let me be the first to give you a karma point!

Derek

well im new here, ii was on myspace and suddenly started browsing the web for a place like this because ii could never post things like this on myspace and expect a logical answer im looking for or someone that really understands.

Well so far my birthday is going fine. ii just hope that it stays this way. Last night ii had an episode it wasn't as bad as all my usual ones. However, it got me to the point ii wanted to admitt myself into a physc ward. but ii decided to just forget about my horrible thoughts, ii knew that if ii just go to sleep when ii wake up i'de be alright again. and ii was right.
when ii blow out the imaginary candles i'll wish that ii can be cured and all of this was reallly just a dream...but then again, who am ii to fool?
ii recently took the time to try and figure out what usually triggers my episodes. ii came to the conclusion of remincising.
i'm always remincising about something from my past. Good or bad ii cry either way. or, sometimes whenever ii see or smell something that seems familiar. Even though sometimes ii have never really seen or smelled it, ii feel as if ii have some sort of connection with it. And ii guess ii want to see farther into the picture, but right when ii try to capture the moment it all fades away as ii reach for it in tears. Then ii start having the feeling ii always feel but, even worse. The feeling that something is missing. ii can never put my finger on what it is thought. and it kills me inside. slowly ripping my limbs to pieces, addig more suffering, until finally ii cant take it anymore. but ii have to fight it! ii cant just give up this easily.
My therapist says that it could be a past life that ii reminisce of.(reincarnation) ii dont know, adding that to it just makes me fjaejfeiajijfaejfeiwa ii dont know, im so freakin lost. ii wonder if anyone thinks im crazy for iono having a sixth sense? *sighs* well time to go make the best of my birthday, faking another smile.

thanks.ii will. however im having a hard time figuring out how to post things on here. like bulletins or just a place ii can vent. well since ii cant right now ii dont know. ii guess i'll vent here.lolx.
well for starters my name's jennie. ii have bipolar disorder, a sixth sense, and quite the imagination. ii overanalyze, ii overstress, and ii usually get irritated with myself and my loved ones easily. My mood changes more than the gas prices. I'm never satisifed or content with anything, always seems like their can be more.
