Vitamins & Alternative meds

Anyone here take vitamins with your meds? My hubby says I should take omega 3 but I'm afraid it might interact with my meds. I do take Vitamin E so my hair can grow out. Also, what about alternative meds? I know I tried St. Johnswort and it didn't do anything for me.

I bought some Omega 3 for Paz, but she didn't want to risk interaction either. So I took it for a bit and then forgot that we even had it in the medicine cabinet until now...
She takes a multivitamin with lot's of B complex.

Omega 3 is just stupid fish oil--at least that's what it claims on the bottle. My recommendation is just eat fish twice a week--get the same benefit and you dont have to report it to your doctor! Vitamin supplements are all very high in copper, and you may not want all that copper in your system.

I believe that Flax has more and better Omega 3 than fish...
It may be stupid fish oil, but that doesn't mean it does not help you. Oranges just have stupid Vitamin C that prevents scurvy. Carrots really do help your eyes, and oysters really help you become "superman". Beer just contains stupid hops and barley.
