hi guys just to let you know about the black dog institute,bitten by the black dog,don't know if you call it that but here in oz thats what we call depression,they have a dvd all full of info on bipolar and management,it's for free and you can just email them for it or i can copy it in your region if you want,also i mentioned moodswings,thats a good one too lots of helpful info,if you can't access the detailed stuff let me know and i'll try to send it to you,i did a research study with them and it really helped me change my perception on things.just google both names and put .au after them and you'll find them.
