  Hi, my name is Ray and I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago with bp1. Ive been to 3 different pdocs and just started therapy 2 months ago. Ive been on several different meds and just stopped taking a new on yesterday that made me mean as hell and gave me insomnia. Ive had less than 6 hrs of sleep in a week. I hope to sleep tonight since I haven't taken the med in 24 hrs and I'm really tired now.Ive been stable for 3 yrs, until the med change two weeks ago. My pdoc changed my meds because Ive been emotionless and flat for as long as Ive been stable, and I told her that I wanted my life back.NOW want to be stable again. I wasn't very carefull for what I asked for.Lesson learned.
   This is a great site, thank yall for creating a place for us, and the spell check is great.
