Cheers for that, my wife also suggested moisturizing so I think I'm going to have to get some manly stuff in lol. I'm a little flakey at the moment so in reality that will be a 'darling can you get this and this for me' moment which I hate doing but sometimes you need that rock to lean on. As for checking out the meds, been doing a lot of research on mine and found one document stating dry skin. Apparently if it gets too severe I'm to contact the doctor straight away, thankfully at the moment its just patchy.

Yip.. I know what you mean about the dry skin deal. I love hot showers, but the doc said to take cold showers to help reduce dry skin.
Who wants to take a cold shower......

Jojoba oil is excellent for healing nasty skins patches. Its the closest thing to human skin oil, that's why it works so well. I use it on my face to get rid of blackheads...ironically, it works even though its an oil.

Thanks dreamline, I'll put it in my shopping list ready, hopefully I'll have some advice from the doctor tomorrow morning to go with it. Though I suspect your suggestion is more than likely better

No problem, also if I might add...if its psoriasis that means you need to take inositol...there was a study done on lithium induced psoriasis that showed taking 3 or more grams of inositol cured it. Lithium depletes inositol in the body. Another thing...I used to have eczema on my hands really bad. I quite using regular hand soap and soap in the shower. I switched to Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap...they have it in Farm Fresh here and also at health food stores. Anyhow, no more eczema! It can be diluted down and it smells wonderful and is completely natural and good for your skin. It has jojoba oil in it but I would still put that one separately.
