Hi there,

I am new to the bipolar arena and I'm just trying to find a place to be that others will understand where I am coming from. I have had a history of depression but this past summer it has become obvious that there is some cycling going on. So about two weeks ago I was told that I have Bipolar NOS (not otherwise specified). So basically they don't know which type yet. They are leaning toward Bipolar 2 I think. But anyway I am having a terrible night. I have had a great week and this morning I woke up with a ball of anxiety inside my chest. I am convinced that I have done something wrong and I feel guilty about it. The problem is I don't know what it is! I am afraid that people don't like me or that I'm not good at my job. Again, there is no reason for these thoughts! I just can't control these feelings. I don't want to talk to my friends anymore because I'm afraid that my "problems" will wear them out and they won't want to be friends anymore. Anyway I just wanted to vent a little in a place that hopefully will take it the right way. Hoping I won't feel guilty after I press the post button. Thanks for listening!  Sad

i too find it easier to chat on here than share stuff with my friends,they just dont understand
