HI everyone. My name is Rebecca, I am 32 and I was diagnosed with bp a few years ago. Was diagnosed with severe depression when I was a teenager. I have been in and out of hospital for years. Honestly I hate them! (but they are there for a reason).I am having a little of a hard time navigating this site, but I will learn. I am a self learner. It is nice to meet you all.

Nice to meet you Rebecca. I too was diagnosed with severe depression when I was 15. I can relate.
