She is 15 and wont take her meds. she lies and tells me she is out of them.. have had to call the police on occasion to get her to take them. she is very disrespectful and defiant. has been in patient before but that seemed to make her worse.  she refuses to go to counseling. and im too tired to fight with her about it. looking for a good inpatient facility in oklahoma. can anyone help?

Does she have depressive episodes?  That's usually when a person is more likely to get help.
It took a really bad emotional crash to get me to get help.

I have a teenager that's disrespectful and defiant, but he's not bipolar.

I'm sorry, I can't help with what you are asking. Sadly, we don't have a listing of hospitals; although it might be something for us to consider doing.
And there is not much you can do when it comes to your daughters attitude. But just keep and eye on her as best as you can. It is going to be tough and very tiring, but needed.
