Hi Paz,
Just curious are you on any meds now?  You seem not to be a fan of them.  Ive tried both was with and without.  I cant say that it is any better either way for me.  If my depression wasn't so bad I probably wouldn't be taking anything.  The episodes of hallucinations and delusions are scary but after a week or so they go away and eventually I forget how bad it was.  The depression on the other hand seems to last forever Ill go months feeling awful.  I guess I always hope they will find something that works.
The doc I have now has me on 4 different meds and I dont think its doing anything.  My last doc had me taking about 7 pills a day, uppers, downers, anti psychotic, antidepressants and a mood stabilizer. I defiantly felt worse with all of that.

How can I be useful, of what service can I be? There is something inside me, what can it be?

I take very minimal meds and I am a big fan of vitamin supplements, fiber, healthy diet and exercise...also mindfulness and using coping skills. I have posted about all of this before, if you care to read my older posts about all this stuff click on my name above my avatar and go to my profile and click on show posts under my profile info...look for a post titled "where have I been". There are other older posts of mine that talk about my experience with & without meds.

Yes, the "kicker" for me is that I am still on "hospital meds" instead of "normal life meds", I have a very conservative shrink who doesnt want to change anything, at least not very fast, and I want to get back to dosages that are liveable; for instance, they have me on four tabs of lithium daily, which has a level of 1.1, whereas in the4 past I was on three tabs--.7 was fine. Similarly wigth the others.
