Just anticipating my doc apt today.  I don't know why I'm so anxious.  I'm just tired of seeing these doctors every week just to say the same things over again.  My answers always seem to be the same and he doesn't know how to help. Just complaining, Ill update after the apt.

I don't know what to think about this doctor.  Im already on lithium, haldol and cogentin.  Today he raised the dose of my haldol and put me on vistaril (an antihistamine) for anxiety.

huh... never heard of it so I researched it. seems to be used a lot and many people seem to have had good results with it. the most common complaint was having a hangover in the a.m.

I had never heard of that either.  I actually wondered if he had just given me something so I would not complain.
