Yesterday started a drop in my mood.  All it took was a trip to the store and after stress, to many people and isles to close together, I started feeling bad.  I went to the store with my mother who was fine during and after the ordeal.  I started thinking again about how alone I am.  How even knowing what gets me doesn't mean they understand.

Talking to somebody who isn't bipolar is like talking to a statue.  They just don't get it...even the professionals don't really know.  Only we know.  I have been feeling so super sensitive lately, like some little thing like you said will just stress me the fuck out.  I don't even know why...when I try and talk about it some sombody, they have not got a clue.  They're like "well why would that bother you so much?"
