At times I am afraid some of my symptoms are getting worse.  I am on depakote and haldol right now and I have to say I feel better than I have in at least a year.  Some things don't seem right though.  I have noticed that I am easily obsessed with thoughts of death and things like spiders.  Every time a car passes my house at night I expect them to shoot.  I also am having problems with my vision.  Things appear to be moving that are not in my direct line of site.  I am not sure if these things mean that my symptoms are getting worse or if this is something that will pass.
When I am having an episode I have hallucinations but this doesn't seem the same.  Usually my hallucinations have been at night and involving shadows this seems to be troubling me all the time with no episode.

Do you always hallucinate? Maybe you need a different antipsychotic...Haldol is old school. Does the Doc know about the hallucinations?

I only hallucinate during an episode of either mania or mixed.  My doc knows about them and put me on haldol because so far most other things have not worked.  I just feel different because I know Im not badly depressed or manic right now yet I am having these symptoms.

I am the same way I feel like their are people hunting me or like the car beside me on the road is someone who is going to kill me and the hallucinations I get them too its like is there something there or like you see something out of the side of your vision and then you adjust your eyes to look at it and its gone I can get pretty distracted by that too.....

I thought things where getting better I felt slightly better then it slipped away as quickly as it came.  I think the last few days have been more stressful on me than I realize.  I am feeling lower and lower every minute.  I was having some visual problems and morbid thoughts earlier and all I want to do is sleep.  I am afraid I'm slipping back into an episode of depression.
