Yeah so i'm new. I found out about this site from Nami someone. I was just here to check it out and see what everyone is doing. I have been bipolar diagnosed for like six years. I don't really understand it other than I swing from ups and downs. It's unpredictable and hard to cope with. I generally do fine until I don't. Huh... I was sleeping fine then got down and now I can't sleep or something. How is everyone?
