hi all, since the doc put me of zoloft this week that i've not stopped inching, anyone been on them and had this problem with them, driving me mad now, I know its not my other meds, cause it's just started this week when he put me on them and they such a low dose, he said i should not have a problem with them, but i feel more hyper then before cause i was just full of rage, now its abit of both, is this a mixed episode? never really had a mixed episode before i was either high or low, or just psychotic...lol i see my therapist friday i'll have a good chat with her see what she thinks, will they ever find the right mix for me I want that magic pill now...lol

Ive been on Zoloft also and had problems. I was nauseated the whole time, so bad so, that I couldnt even eat crackers. If you havent talked to your doc because it could be an allergic reaction.

yea thanks i rang the doc's up this morning due to me coming out in a rash and i had to go into see her, she said it was an allergic reaction, and now keeping me of anti-depressants and now she thinks the pdoc got my diagnose wrong she thinks now i could be bp 1, due anti-depressants don;t agree with me, and me more anxious and manic, now she give me lithium and up my benzo's got to go back next week to see her, hope this does the trick, but one lasthing i thought bp 1 has more manic then depressants episode, where my are more downs last longer then ups, , this why i got told i'm bp2, god knows.

hang in there, this disorder is very difficult to diagnose correctly. but it sounds like you are on a better path.

I think your diagnosis depends on what your doc takes in from what you are telling him. I was diagnosed bp1 then 2 then 1 again. All from different docs. Take care and I hope the lithium does the trick.
