I have those on my list. I've been too sedated to remember to go there (since I'm otherwise "ok" now). Shit I've been too sedated to do anything other than go to work.  I have been wanting some goat Kefir, so will try and find those when I go next. Then I'll have them on hand in case I god forbid need them. |

Went to vitamin shoppe found the line of Rescue stuff. But i didn't see gum i saw the gummy candy and got that. Is that the same thing we're talkin about tho? Anyway it works pretty nice although i ate about 5 of them...lol...i'm so irritable!

The rescue gum doesn't last long,but it calms you down in like 5min. and when it's flavour is gone, the stuff is pretty much used up. The stuff works! It's in a bright yellow box or tin here, and the gum looks like chicklets. All you should need is 1 or 2 pieces and you can keep your shit together until you can remove the yourself from whatever situation is upsetting you.

I am liking the stuff I got from www.nativeremedies.com the mood calm combo that seems to work for my type of BP. Have you watched my Vlogs? I talked a bit about it. The combo I bought has mood calm,triple complex mood tonic[which says it relieves irritability and the blues, might be what you need] and the pure calm tincture. the 3 cost like $90 delivered, but I am in British Columbia now, so delivery was expensive, it would be cheaper for you in USA. The Calms Forte pills from the drugstore work, they are just not long lasting....  |

Agitated depression makes a person restless...I know what you 2 mean. Stuff to calm down is important, even if it's benzos, or if you don't have those, a stiff shot of something, or a smoke. Anything to help you feel less antsy, you know?

I went o the gym today after I could get it together enough. It helped quit a lot in calming me down and I don't feel so negative. At work today we got swamped and in a way my edge helped me plow through all though orders for 5 hours strait. I'm tired now but not sleepy tired, my mind is NOT tired. I dunno.

oh I hate that. When your body is tired and your mind just won't shut up! That is part of the reason I'm on Seroquel and sleeping pills. That combo is the only thing that works to get everything to stop long enough for me to fall asleep. Dunno what I am going to do if I have to get off of the Seroquel. I'm gonna be fucked. Probably will have to start hunting down some  |

I talked to the nurse today about everything. I am waiting to hear back about that. More than likely I'll have to just try Risperidal until I see my doc in a month. We talked about that drug at my last appointment. Today at work was just awful, I couldn't remember shit...kept burning every single bread stick in the oven...I was cursed. It was really pissing me off and bumming me out at the same time.
