I have started taking celexa and in some ways it has helped.  I am not as anxious at night and Im sleeping better.  The bad news is Im very tired throughout the day and it hasnt passed.  I really wish they just had a pill that helped that didnt have awful side effects.

good luck with the Celexa...they gave that to me before I was diagnosed BP and it made me insanely manic...take care and watch for signs of mania.

Thanks paz I will.  I think they are under the impression that the PTSD is worse right now than the bp.  Or at least that they have the BP under control.  I dont feel like its under control but maybe my symptoms are from the PTSD.

So Ive been on celexa now for 2 1/2 weeks.  I have noticed marked improvement in my anxiety level but Im so tired all the time Its hard to handle.  Im going to give it more time because there are positives and that is not something I have been able to say lately about any pill.  The doc said start taking more and take them at night to help with the tiredness.
