The Pharmaceutical companies say that alot of our meds cause "sexual side effects" Just curious...and you can pick 2 options, because, after all we are BI-polar... and may feel 2 things at once. Wink

I've always been very sexual even on lithium and other shit....since I've been on the zoloft and abilify it seems my shit is all jacked up so yea I'll contribute it to the medication. Makes me want to stop meds altogether just so I can be a horny bastard again. ROFL

killed it. but I would rather be on the wellbutrin. after all, I would rather not self harm than have sex all the time. but, that's just me.

I'm kind of, mainly because I seem to have a yoyo libido lately, its either full on or nothing at all.  One thing I know it certainly does not effect is my hypersexual thoughts when high, but it does create the situation of whether or not I'm feeling up to doing anything about them.

I think mood stabilizers reduce it because they bring me down from mania...but they also increase it because I loose my sex drive when I get depressed.  So really they stabilize it.
