Well the lunesta worked for a whole month! BUT now I can't stay asleep again.  I feel like I haven't slept in 3 nights because I just keep tossing and turning. I think it's time for a sleep study. I hope insurance will cover it! Plus I don't know if it's a lunesta side effect or illness but I've had to take afternoon naps for about the last month too. So not sure why I am so exhausted all the time. I was pretty sick a few weeks ago so I'm hoping it's just lingering from that. Who knows...Next appt Nov 1st I'm thinking I'm going to be very sleep deprived by then

I have to switch sleeping meds all the time. I've been on several of them. But it seems to work out if I change them every 3 to 6 months. Believe me, if my insurance would cover a sleep study, I would be so on it!
