just out of curiosity... I'm getting ready to take my meds and wondered when everyone else takes theirs.

I take mine 8pm every night as told by the nurses at my clinic.  The doctor said take them before bed but I don't think he quite grasped that bedtime for a bipolar is a much varied affair.

Well if i was still taking the ADs i would be taking them in the morning as soon as i wake up but i'm not taking them anymore...for now anyway.
