 Help hi I'm new here. I am on a couple of other boards and find that they help me a lot. I hope this one stays active. The more the merrier. I was diagnosed Bipolar I about 8 years ago. I have rapid cycling and lots of mixed symptoms. Life is pretty hard. I appreciate being here. Thanks everyone.

Welcome..this is a great group of people, very supportive and unlike a couple of the other boards I frequent...this one you can be yourself without being edited or spammed because you say something that may flare others nostrils. Anyway welcome to the group!
