I marked memory loss and blanking out for no reason. I really hate that. The memory loss I can deal with since I have had it forever, but blanking out in the middle of a conversation really sucks and is really embarrassing.

Yeah blanking out is a pain in the ass...embarrassing and worse than that at work.  Other people just don't understand.

I blank out also....very annoying and sometimes embarrassing.  Tongue
Loss of coordination is also a pain...for about 30 mins after I take my meds, I am so fucking clumsy that it's kind of funny[and sad]. It doesn't last, and then I am fine.
Memory....forget about it! Seriously. And it is so frustrating....even more so than blanking out, because everyone [normal people] space out from time to time, and they sometimes say, "I'm drawing a blank..."
 You know what I mean?
