Hello everyone,
   I'm new to this board, and lately have been so frustrated by the lack of support groups in my area for people, as myself, that have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.  I'm hoping to share a bit about myself, meet some great people, and just have a place to express my ups and downs (no pun intended).  Looking forward to chatting with you. <3 Namaste.

Welcome! I hope that you find, as so many other here have, that we are a very supportive group. You can say whatever you want with out being judged. We are all different but you will find that our stories are in fact quite similar.
