Hi everyone! My name's Erica. I'm 22 and was diagnosed BP 9 years ago. Can't remember all of the details, but I'm a rapid cycler. I decided I needed to find a place where I could talk to people because none of my friends know that I am bipolar. It's not something that is easy to hide. But I'm excited to find a place where people understand whats going on. So, hello!

Morning, I generally hide too, I always wear long sleeves for instance..............can't be bothered with the questions. Anyhow hope you do feel comfortable here. It's pretty non-judgemental.

Hi Erica.  I'm a rapid cycler too and tend not to share with friends either.

One annoying part is people tend to see Bipolar as a "fad" diagnosis.
Another is people will tend to use it against you.  So, pick who you share with wisely.

Hope to see more of your posts here.
