As Phyllis can tell you all, I spend quite a bit of time following fitness and dietary news. I've recently come across some articles regarding diet and bipolar disorder/mental health that I thought might be of some interest to people here.

Ketogenic Diets and Bipolar Disorder 1

Ketogenic Diets and Bipolar Disorder 2

Your Brain on Ketones

Please note, I am not a doctor of any sort and none of this should be taken as medical advice.

Here's one you will like, Phyllis: Depression 3 - Not Quite What it Used to Be.

Covers history of depression from ancient times to the present, along with methods of treating and how diet might help. Also includes some information on why "atypical depression" has some of the same symptoms as hypothyroidism, and how that might also be related to diet.
