I can't take this anymore.... I'm so tired of being tired. I have been napping on and off today since 10 a.m. (it is now 2p.m.) and I had the most fucked up dream. And it was one of those surreal dreams, ya know? I dreampt that I started taking my daughters Straterra pills since she is on a new pill. I remember shoving a whole bunch in my mouth and then I remember telling myself "What the fuck are you doing? Trying to kill yourself? Spit that shit out!" I was just so tired of feeling tired that I was looking for any way to "wake up". At another part of the dream I went to the therapist (and this was really weird, because I had been here before, maybe it is the therapist I see in my dreams?) and they had my records wrong. There was another Phyllis (Smith) and some different married name, that was a pre-school teacher. So I was fighting with them trying to tell them that is NOT me. So there were two therapists, and I had seen both of them at different times. I sat and talked to the one while the other one was getting my correct records. It was fucking weird, man! So, here I sit with a cup of re-heated coffee. Contemplating on taking a Straterra, but giving myself a thousand reasons as to why I should not.

Do you have any B-complex vitamins? They really work if you need energy. (((((HUGS)))))

damn dont' know what stratterra is. but i don't think a lot of it would be good. this is one of the hardest things to deal with and for other people to understand. take pills - tired - don't take pills - awake. and i hate those weird realistic day dreams. and do they accept medicare for dream therapy?

K - Straterra is a drug used to treat ADHD symtoms. It is an upper. Very similar to meth, but safer. I know, total oxymoron, but it's true.

It effects norprenphrine but not dopamine or seratonin. I still wouldn't fuck with it though. Your body needs proper fuel not drugs to feel energized. Hope you feel better soon.

I agree with dreamline, healthy energizing foods and vitamins. Have you tried Bee Pollen? And seriously get some B-complex, it works.

yes, yes, I know. I have been eating well. Been taking my vitamins. Have to get some B though and I also ran out of my D. The only B I have been getting is in my multi-vitamin. If I could go to bed at a decent hour, I think I would be golden. But.... that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon.

I took Straterra. It is NOT a stimulant such as Ritalin, Adderall, and Dexedrine. Strattera, also known by its generic name atomoxetine, is the only non-stimulant medication approved by the FDA for ADD/ADHD treatment. Unlike stimulants, which affect dopamine, Strattera boosts the levels of norepinephrine, a different brain chemical

I say this all the time. I am tired of being tired!! I picked some B-complex up the other day and absolutely hate it. I am not taking it anymore. It makes me nauseous and feel icky. Multivitamins don't like me very much.

my new thing is to take a shot of B12 + multivitamin + omega 3 I am still very tired during the day, but not as tired. I take a nap like every other day now instead of every day. I have been drinking Marley's Mellow Tea at night and I have actually been getting to sleep at night. I am wondering if I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or if maybe my Lupus is getting worse? I just want answers...

I take a whole food Multi Vitamin, Omega-3, Calcium + VitaminD and the B-complex stress blend that I talked about on U-Tube. And I Juice! You have to make sure that you have something in your stomach B4 taking vitamins or they will upset your tummy. Ashley, are you taking your vitamins with food?

Always Paz. I have singular vitamins that are great-- iron, B12, liquid flax for omega's and vitamin D. My body just doesn't like the multis. I don't know why. I always get extremely nauseous after taking a multi and then I get bloated and crampy. It's like my body can't digest them properly.
