I believe it...I use exercise to augment the lithium I take
You know, rather than adding an atypical or sleeping pills...oh and its good for you too. You just have to do it, isn't that horrible?

I feel so much better because I exercise, I really think it is a huge reason that I have been feeling so well after having to go to the hospital back in May.
It wasn't even difficult to get into an exercise routine, I just made up my mind to pick up where I left off before I had my mini-breakdown, and since the 3rd week of June it has been smooth sailing.
