Well I'm going to try to balance out some of machining with a positive post :-)  I have been terribly frustrated by work the last week or so. I feel like I can't do a good job because the company doesn't have any set standards or policies. So I was telling my friend about my frustrations. She said that I should stay at this job because they need somebody like me to question things. She went on to say that maybe things would change because of me. I'm still not sure if I can manage to stay in that position but I was encouraged by her comments. I am starting to feel a little better. Still stressed and still at a loss for what to do but at least encouraged.

we all get frustrated at work, and i have to be honest with, there were times i allowed it to get to me... your friend is right, maybe you could change things at work... i worked at schering plough for 6 years and during that time i managed to change a number of things by constantly doing what was right and challenging upper management in their decisions... did you decide to buy that house? take good care my friend...

The house didn't work out. So that's two now that have not worked. I'm not sure what to do now. Im just thinking about moving again. I don't know if I can get a job in this other town cause its even smaller than where I live now. So I'm going to look into jobs and then consider moving.
