Hi everyone, my dissertation that I am currently doing is about how people with Bipolar Disorder live and cope with the disorder. I would be ever so grateful if anyone diagnosed with Bipolar can spare some time to complete this questionnaire via survey monkey which I am using to collect data. This topic is very close to my heart and I could not thank you enough for taking part! Smiley x

Thank you so much for your time. I've had a great amount of response to this survey today alone and am so pleased that so many people are supporting me with such an important piece of work. A million thank you's all the the way the UK!
