So, for those of you that live in areas that participate in the time change, how'd that work for ya?  ROFL

I was supposed to get an extra hour of sleep and ended up waking up early today! BEFORE 8 AM!!!!  Bug Eyes What the hell is up with that?Huh?

Needless to say it has been a very long day.... and it is only 6:45 right now.

I was kind of tired all day. I don't know if that was from the time change or going to bed an hour later than I normally do. What I dislike about the time change is that it gets darker sooner and lighter earlier. I liked it before the time change.

Worked fine for me I just took my meds earlier and I got to sleep in more. Smiley  I actually like it when it gets dark earlier, I like night better for the most part.

Its annoying, stressful, very hard for some people to adjust to because of health conditions like BP, makes no logical sense, if anything we need more sunlight in the winder so its backwards...no matter what time it is, you have the same amount of sunlight per day.

The whole time change thing really sucks.....I am so glad we are moving back to Costa Rica, they don't change the clocks there because it's so close to the Equator....the sun comes up @ 6AM & sets @ 6PM....when the Vernal Equinox comes 'round the sun comes up @ 6:15AM & sets @ 6:15 PM. There is always the same amount of daylight and I truly believe that is why I was so happy there, and why I was able to live with minimal meds [only Valium once in awhile].   I Shit You Not
The Naturopath & Psychotherapist believed it was a huge factor for my particular case, and I have to agree with them. However, they also said that I was in a remission, and my present Shrink agrees with the remission part and has told me to not expect miracles. Whatever! I am optimistic, and I can't wait to see my Naturopath to get all cleaned out again! and I hope that the same Psychotherapist will see me again, if not, I will find another one. Cool

I used to like it a lot when I was younger but to be honest, now I find it just drains me. And it always makes the days feel really long too.
