So I went to workout today. I feel great. It's a great coping skill for when you're depressed or in general!
You'd think that since you're sweating all the fluids out of your body when you work out, you're supposed to drink lots of water to keep yourself from getting dehydrated right? WRONG! That's what I thought. I was drinking lots and lots of water during my workout. I got really nauseated and went home. Started gagging, and threw up all the water I drank. I googled it and apparently, you're not supposed to drink lots of water during your workout. You just take sips. When you drink gulps during your workout, and your endorphines are high, you overhydrate yourself and dilute your electrolytes, thus, causing nausea and puking. So, word of the idiotic wise, take SIPS NOT gulps during your workout!
