Yeah, I'm pretty much the same as you, I don't know how I don't manage to wake my boyfriend up with how much I move at night. lol
Well, in my room I usually sleep with the tv on, volume on low, and these purple christmas lights around my one window. Sleeping in the pitch dark just fuels my paranoia/delusions. I always feel like something or someone is watching me, I won't face my back to the room when I sleep, has to be against the wall. I'm a nutcase I know. XD But I sort of have a routine worked out that just sort of makes it feel like bedtime. Every night around 8 to 10 I'll watch a movie or lets play with my boyfriend, and then go to bed. I'm kind of hoping my mind will just start to wind down when we do that and it'll help me relax and sleep. Though I agree that if there's lots of electronics on it can definitely make it harder to sleep. I'm also worried about my condition getting worse because of it like you said.
We'd give our bodies sleep if they'd just freaking cooperate!
