i've been a member here since the very beginning, and it is not unusual for it to get quiet from time to time. it's how we roll.... lol

Christmas.... this year it is a pain in the ass. Don't get me wrong. I love the holidays! This year I have been baking, something that I haven't done in YEARS! So, it's been fun. But the shopping? Ugh! We are still not done. Haven't bought ANYTHING for our youngest son at all. I guess we are going shopping Saturday to get everyone finished and be done with it all. It is difficult when you only have one income and a big family.  I think I would be happier if it was snowing. It has been unseasonably warm so far this year. Not something we are used to. Today is going to be the warmest day of the week. It is 8:30 in the morning and we are already 45 degrees.

Its probably most are caught up in the Christmas rush.  I'm staying out it, stress is not my friend.

As for the weather here, 50* today....water at the beach is cold as shit though.

Sorry I haven't been around, and sorry about the website being down for a short time. I have been very busy, but now that we are settling in, things are slowing down.

Yes, it does get slow here from time to time, people get busy and don't have time to post. I am sure that things will pick up again soon.

Christmas can be magical, or a pain in the ass......it's kind of a crapshoot sometimes.

I hope everyone has a Happy Holiday!

I have been MIA for like 2 months or something ridiculous. Everything just got really busy-- holidays, vacations, etc. And I'm still not clear. Just had a few moments today so I thought I'd catch up a little bit.
