Dear BP BABBLERS,

My name is McCall and I am a 23 year old male Social Work student at a major University in midwestern Indiana. After major depressive episodes at the age of 15, I was diagnosed with major clinical depression, my last year in high school (2006) I was diagnosed as having Aspergers Syndrome. This last Spring of 2011, I had my first manic episode and was relabeled as Bipolar I (with both manic and depressive episodes worsening in the Winter due to moderate Seasonal Defective Disorder) and Aspergers Syndrome: which includes social anxiety disorder with panic attacks including light problems with OCD. This past Summer I changed psychiatrists and began weekly sessions with a Psychologist. I have begun my long road of living with these conditions with as little medication as possible, concentrating on exercises, meditation, homeopathy, aromatherapy and diet therapy. I have read your posts in the past week and would love to be apart of this community. I hope we all can share ideas and stories to help one another get through the hardships and the positive aspects of our conditions.

Much Peace and Love in this special time of the year,
McCall

welcome McCall... you're doing all the right things for recovery... diet is critical in all of this... autism can be cured and ironically, so can everything else you're struggling with... the cool thing is if you listen to the woman in the video, you can put all of this behind you... i feel very confident about this because you've taken appropriate steps all on your own already... in the video, she briefly touches on IgG, this is very important but she also said why take the test when i already know the answer... watch the video when you get the chance and message me if you're interested in learning more... i'm more then willing to help you any way i can... i used to have schizoaffective disorder, i'm med free and damn near symptom free... if i can beat that, you can easily beat what you're dealing with... everything is relevant to you in this video but she doesn't actually touch on autism till towards the end

welcome again and happy holidays...
