So I decided to interview for a new job that would get me back to working more closely with people. I'm really excited about it. It's different than other things I've done but it sounds like there is a lot of room for learning and expanding my skill set. So I fully expect to get a job offer (I hope). Before I left the interview the guy asked me what shift I wanted and told me about benefits then said HR would probably be calling me so I figure that's good. Then on a whim I looked at the real estate listing online and saw a condo I really liked. So I called the real estate agent I used 3 years ago and asked her if she knew anything about it. She offered to show it to me so I went and saw it. I LOVE it! Slbad news is there are 3 other offers on it so I had to decide right away if I wanted to put in an offer. So I talked with the mortgage people and wrote up an offer tonight. Oh and this all happened yesterday. Kind of crazy. That's how my life seems to be though. Things happen very fast. So anyway I have no idea if ill get the job or the condo but the idea of it working out is fun!

So here's what happened. I got the job! Start on Feb 6th. Didn't get the condo but I looked at a bunch of other places yesterday and I'm putting in an offer on one of them. It's a house (half of a duplex) so it will have q yard for the dog which is good. It a pretty perfect match for me so hopefully this one works. This will be my 4th attempt at buying a place. Things seem to be getting a little better :-)
