I am a big fan of vitamins, as you all know from past posts about my treatment from my Naturopath. It's very hard to get all of the nutrients that we need from food.....supplements are necessary and they do help to make you feel really good. Thanks for posting this.

Your new avatar is very bright & colourful, but the facial expression is a wee bit disturbing. I think that I look like that on bad days! Maybe that is the universal expression for "ARGH!!!!!!!!!"

yeah, my wife feels the same way regarding the overall feel of the avatar, but i'm kind of found of it because it's very easy for me to relate to it even though that mind state is in the past... i view it now as a response to a world out of control and my way of saying enough is enough already...  hey pazzzzzz.... watch the video i put up on SOPA and PIPA i put up... i had heard that the record companies were behind the distribution of pirate software but anytime i read this all the articles a=said was it actually happened without presenting evidence... this Utuber lays it all out in black and white... these entertainment giants purposely created an environment of piracy with te long range intent of passing these bills and prosecuting everyone... i hope when these cases are brought to court, and they are going to make it to court, that the penalties are so sever they drive them right into insolvency... i hope everyone contacts their legislators with a copy of this video as an attachment...

if this is all true it just goes to show you the level of planning that goes into net control.... very disturbing to even think that some men think like this...

Hey no worries Kensho...

Anti piracy laws only hurt the user and it wouldn't surprise me if it was created on purpose...its funny how the media calls this a conspiracy "theory".  I mean how often in is it in social circles that people are dishonest and hid what they are doing for their own benefit....so why should we be surprised that they do it in big corporate circle jerks too?Huh?

Dreamline... when you watch the vfideo the guy clearly says the entertainment companies did it all... they were the ones who were distributing the file share software right from the very beginning... they are fucking scumbags and i can't wait for these cases to make it in front of judges... this will be sweeeeeet@!!!

DL, when you really give it some thought these people acted so cunningly... they had a master plan that others were able to expose... what appears to be a matter of simple piracy is turning out to be one of the biggest net conspiracies ever ti happen to date...

Niiiice contribution DreamLine... yeah, i've seen this... hopefully anyone watching this needs to know there are a lot more segments to this video... place your cursor at the top of the video while it's playing and you'll see a field light up... double click on it and it'll direct you to the Utube server where you can watch the rest of this important series... i just checked it out and it's a total of 6 videos... Dr Mercola is one of my favorite Utubers by far... you can tell he really cares about people...

Somewhere in there it mentions seratonin and other stuff about gut flora and brain health.  The same foods that supply tryptophan typically contain the building blocks (L-tyrosine for dopamine) to the other neurotransmitters as well.  Imagine that.
