you have to preoccupy yourself. you also kinda have to mess with your own mind. and what i mean by that is, your mind is already trying to tell you to be paranoid about stuff and seeing things that are not really there. So, you have to tell yourself that those things are not there. because even when you are trying to do stuff you are going to be thinking about the scary things that are supposedly there, right? er... maybe i'm making things to complicated.

i'm not sure if any of that made sense. but yes, totally talk yourself out of it and keep busy. don't succumb to your visions or things you may be hearing.
