I am so down today and needing something I just don't know what.  I am trying to have a baby and have yet to get pregnant.  My menstrual cycle is all over the place and I am having problems telling when I am ovulating.  I am over weight so the docs wont help until I loose some.  It is so depressing.  I am trying to keep my chin up its hard to do.  I have been walking and all it does is hurt.  I lost some weight the first week but gained it back.  I cant take anything like hydroxicut because I never no if I am pregnant.  Its just a waiting game and every time I find out I am not I get more upset.  I feel like I am letting everyone down.

do what you can when you can. If you are determined to get pregnant and that it is something really important for you, then take things one step at a time. If walking hurts, what about swimming or water aerobics? I don't know if you have access to a pool or community center. There is also Tai Chi, that would  help warm or loosen your muscles up so it wouldn't hurt so much, maybe? Just trying to offer you some suggestions. But perhaps the first thing you really should do is find out why you are so irregular. You might have something that needs to be looked into.

Difficulty conceiving is difficult for anyone! I'm so sorry you have to experience that. I'm sure having BP and getting little help from doctors isn't helping. I agree that it might be helpful to find out what is causing the irregular cycles. Keep trying and don't give up hope! Everything happens for a reason and I'm sure that when the time is right you will get pregnant!

Hey girl, you're letting anyone down, you're getting somewhere and not there yet that's all!
