fish i seen d post yeterday that said your periods are wack. you should tell them the birth control is to straighten out that. some people get BC for that reason, so it will work. that way your not keeping a secret of it and having to risk getting caught out, and you dont have to bring sex into it at all.it works thats what i told my P's when i was 16, and they believed me.

somehow, I am not so much afflicted with sex anymore. Havent lost my taste for it, but is easy to put down--meds, old age, I dunno, but the itch doesnt need to be scratched very much. I hope this keeps up--is much more peaceful.

Oh yees I remember those days well. My therapist put me under "house arrest" once as I would have had sex with a lamp post if it had said hello.
It is one of the great untalked about things of bipolar. Great to hear all of your stories. I guess working out strategies to keep your self safe as possible is the important thing. I remember in my younger years when I was in psychiatric wards them giving me the morning after pill quite a bit. I wasn't safe even in hospital and had far higher chance of scoring. lol

I'm only like that during a manic state. Any other state, mixed or depresssion, turns me completely off.

At least I am not alone.  I used to drive my ex crazy w/ that, then I got mad if he didn't put out.  Now I have a superficial relationship...without is not an option...unless I'm depressed, then I don't care.
