upping doses

 i get my lamictal and effexor adjusted upward tomorrow. for all of you experienced, will i feel a major difference? still on the depressed side and unmotivated to talk a whole lot...but fairly content, i guess. do i am going from 150 effexor to 300 then 200 lamictal to 400. my sleep has been great since starting work. it has been 8 years or so since i have been able to fall asleep at 11 and get up at 6/ i hope it lasts! i am sure it will.

the lamictal will probably take a couple days before you take notice to any changes. i'm not sure about the effexor.

Lamictal, which I take, will take a bit to notice any changes and I just don't know what to say about the Effexor because it nearly killed me. Different strokes for different folks though, if your pdoc recommends it, don't be afraid, just aware of your effects.

I have been thihnking that I could use a wee bit more abilify--when drugs came from pharmacy, found out had to take a 15 and a 20mg, coming to 35mg, just what I wanted (have been taking 30mg.) Did Krishna intervene?
