hi everyone,im newly dx with bipolar(mild)Huh?.It doesnt feel mild. Ive just been told my employer is terminating me on the grounds of ill health. Ive had quite a few episodes lately and finding it hard 2come 2 terms with it.
Would like to learn 2 accept it.

On a lighter note, Im happily married with 2 great kids. <a href="" target="_blank"></a> Cant wait 2 get 2 know u all.

Hi blitz,
         welcome to the site,  I also have bipolar 2 which is considered  mild, but it doesn't mean that bipolar 1  is a lot worse and in fact my psychiatrist told me that sometimes its worse for us because I think we suffer from more depression  and its any thing but mild! I get high occasionally, I just don't get the extreme highs like some people do but either way its not a nice way to live for any of us.
High maintenance  made me think bout this when I mentioned in a previous post that I had a mild form, she can explain it better than me.
