wiggens welcome to the site, we all have issues or we wouldn't be here, feel free to talk about any thing and it doesn't always have to relate to bipolar because thats not all we are ..... sometimes i just want to talk about general stuff that has nothing to do with my illness, I even posted about not being able to park or what hobbies do people have because sometimes I do find the site a bit too much doom and gloom. . |

hello wiggins glad your here....sometimes we just sit and watch,sometimes a worry or problem is aired,an interesting event or amusing story,,,,,othertimes we just write and write and write whats in our heads.
i hope that you will feel comfortable to do what you want as we are all understanding and open people....never judgemental
