ii happen to sleep alot, and ii mean alot. Pretty much every chance ii get. Can it be that im depressed everyday, or can it be something else? Does anyone have a clue?

Depression is an illness. It is possible that you can be depressed everday. You could also have a sleep disorder. Your meds could also cause you to be sleepy. There are a lot of things that can be a factor here. I know there are times when I sleep alot or wish I could sleep alot just for days or situations to be over.

Jennie, I had a similar problem when I was living in a place where people get up at 4am and work till 10pm. I persuaded them to cut me some slack, but they were not very happy with me. There was nothing I couild do about it--all I wanted to do was sleep! Madness, indolence, and sleep go together--the three symptoms of the Mode of Ignorance, and sleep decreases as we go up the modes to Passion and then Goodness. However, if you need to sleep, you need to sleep and that's that! I am still in the mixed modes of Goodness and Ignorance, and I recommend that--do things in the mode of Goodness, and purify Ignorance! The propensity to sleep all the time will probably go away, as the modes are always revolving--

Clayton, ii dont know. ii mean ii appreciate your help and everything but ii dont think that'll do. I've tryed all of that. For example whenever i'm feeling tired ii simply do something like excersize or yoga, but it simply doesn't last. ii just always want to sleep and that's that. usuall ii find myself wanting to sleep during the day and at  night ii lay in bed staring at something with rushing thoughts.
