ARGH! Something just triggered me this afternoon and I am sooooooooooo irritable. So, I took my meds and I am waiting for them to kick in. I usually take my meds at night, but today I think I should oughta take them now since my daughter is going to have company over. I just want to yell and scream and punch someones face in. I have made it known that mom is NOT in the mood today.

Just had to share....  Angry

You're not alone phyllis. ii too, am having an episode. At first ii was fine, just sitting her replying messages. When ii reply my messages that are my deepest darkest thoughts. ii tend to want to be alone because im in the moment when ii reply every single one. As if each message has it's own mood. However on one message my boyfriend laughed at the message ii was typing because he thought what ii was saying was funny. when ii was in a serious mood. ii yelled at him and he walked away. ii dont know ii guess im feeling alone now, or feeling guilty to have yelled at him. Holding back my tears. ii hope you feel better phyllis.
