ii have been manic lately. My doctor says ii hit my manic state more than ii am suppost to. suppost to?!?!? hahah well ii am manic every other day.  ii guess i've gotten use to it. However usually when ii am manic ii am usually able to express my feelings to someone or put it here. Afterwards, go lay down and just stare at the ceiling listening to classical music as ii calm down. but lately i've just been closing up not sharing my feelings when im manic and when my family asks ii get mad and just  yell at them. It's not that ii want to, it's just a automatic reaction. ii find usually when they ask if i've takin my mes it really pisses me off and gets me down. It's like they're thinking," hey, she seems funny, did she take her meds?" and that makes me think. omg!!! ii can have a freakin episode while on my medication. it's like they're taking care of my meds not me. as if the meds are their child. ugh!!!

sounds like you are having a mixed state, where you are depressed & manic at the same time... keeping things inside is a trait of depression. But I'm not a DR. just giving you my 2 cents worth.
