o.k. so its been a horrible month. I can sit in anger and allow it to take over,or I can write about it. When I get home today from my Doctors visit I intend to add to my little book. Some new awakenings have come my way. The fact that I have survived the last 20+ years without putting a gun to my head is good. But the fact that I've survived my over-achieving mom and brother the last few days,is even more of an accomplishment. My little book on my experience is coming together. And boy,do I have a story to tell. I hope to start putting all the journals together today. What a job. I counted last night and I have 42 journals of poems and stories about my BP life.

Take time out for yourself if you can. So you have time to think. Go camping?? Let me know. Take care. Jeff your buddy

 Afro Huh? Cool Huh?

I am sorry to hear the last couple of days has been so hard on you. Is there a place where you are at that you can just go to be alone with yourself? A place away from those people that are invading your mind right now?

What I would usually do in this kind of situation would be ignore the ignorance of those people and TRY to go on about my business not allowing there ignorance to stop me from living for today. But then that don't always happen.

Do you have someone you can confide in when you are down? If not I would be glad to be your confedont. I may not know everything there is to know about being bipolar  but I would sure love to help where I could if you would let me.
