maybe i'm having some sort of psychosis or maybe it is an ocd thing, but i feel that i need to wash my brain. like it will work better after it has been washed.
ok, now i look/sound like a freak.
it's just one of those days.

You are not alone in feeling that way. There have been days when I have been in the shower and I have scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed my hair trying to clear my head, thinking that it will make my brain work better.

How do you propose to do it? I know there is such a thing as cleansing the mind, which is the same as washing the brain, more or less---
